SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. — Shepherd University has received $30 million from Gov. Jim Justice’s office to invest in new and existing facilities.

The funding was developed through cooperation between Justice’s office, the West Virginia Legislature and the West Virginia Treasurer’s Office, according to a press release from the university.

Shepherd University President Mary J.C. Hendrix expressed gratitude for the support from the state.
